CANCELLATION POLICY:

In order to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability, we require 24-hour notice (haircuts) and 48-hour notice (color services) for cancellations and rescheduling. Due to high demand and last-minute cancellations - new clients are required to provide a credit card number to reserve and appointment. Cancellations not within our cancellation policy are subject to a fee of 50% and up to the full amount of services. Clients arriving 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time may also be refused for service and charged the cancellation fee.
