Cancellation Policy:

In order to accommodate all of our clients to the best of our ability, we require 24 hour notice for haircut and 48 hours for color cancellations/rescheduling.  Please note that due to high demand and last minute cancellations, new clients are required to provide a credit card to reserve appointments. Any cancellations with less than the required notice listed above will be subject to a cancellation fee amounting from 50% to the full amound of the service(s) booked.

Every effort will be made to confirm your appointment 24 hours in advance. In some circumstances, it is not always possible to contact a client directly and sometimes a message is not an option. Please contact us if we have not confirmed your appointment in advance.

All prices are liable for adjustment due to the amount of time, product and work your hair requires.  Stylists are independent contractors and price services independently. All consultations are complimentary.
